Who am I after graduated from Best Programme?

When I was decided to join this BeST programme, I have extremely high of expectation who I want to be somebody after this 3 months training session.

The day after day, 

After 1 month attended the communication module, I found myself has slightly changed because I feel that  I gained a new spirit and I built up my self-esteem and I believe that I am new right now.

Now is the time for the second module.

What do I expect from this module? Perhaps it will increase my added value and I will have the biggest changes after this second module. InsyaAllah.

As yesterday, we were taught about how to be creative and innovative. No matter whom you are whether you are a scientist, or an accountant, or a lawyer, or an engineer, you need to develop creative mind in you because we need it. Most of the time while we are thinking, we are using our logic mind to see things. Therefore, we always see the things only at their surface without take into account the hidden benefit or information behind it. How Einstein became a great scientist even though he was always failing during his study time? Here comes the power of thinking using the unconscious mind.

Unconscious mind

The ability to generate the creative idea is actually related to how you control your unconscious mind. Are you dreaming while you are sleeping? Can you remember what your dream was about? You have to thank God because if you still remember the dream, you are actually managed to control your unconscious mind. Moreover, you can utilized your unconscious mind to generate the new idea which is normally is a wrong idea. However, do not shock because it will become the great idea.

A very simple analogy to relate to our unconscious mind is, when you drive a car, u need the 5 front gear and reverse gear right? Ya, the reverse gear actually is represent our unconscious mind because we do not use the reverse gear all the time, however in some circumstances,  we need it. Hence, we can say that we need our unconscious mind to work when we need to generate an idea, perhaps a creative idea.

How much do you utilize your LEFT and RIGHT brain in a day?

Studies show that Einstein's left and right brain was work together at the same time. Therefore, he managed to invent a lot of great invention which were very useful to the world until today and perhaps until the end of this world. So, what can we do in order for us to use both sides of our brain? Do not worry, because the easiest way and very practical way is, listening to a song. Why?

Because when we are listening to the song, both side of our brain are working together. The LEFT side will interpret the words of the song and at the same time the RIGHT side will interpret the tune of the song. Awesome right? Therefore, always listen to the music in order for you to have great Grey matter.

Accept all wrong ideas

Why?It is clear cut that it is wrong idea, so, why we need to accept it? Never make an assumption because actually the wrong idea is come up from a creative mind. A creative mind together with innovative thinking, the wrong idea will be a creative idea which not all people used to think about it.

Communication Module had changed me a lot.

Everyday we are communicate

All the topic that taught in the communication module were really help to change me to be a better person. Communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, public speaking skills, meeting session, wonderful resume writing skills are the skills that I learned from this communication module.

Why I said that I'm changed due to this module?Ya,this module actually help me to build up my self-confidence to talk in front of many people, to communicate with people who I never talk to them before, to manage a negotiation in order to have a better deal, to conduct an effective and efficient meeting and so on.

The most important benefit that I gained from this module is, BE CONFIDENT in whatever thing that I do, learned how to manage and control nervousness when talking in front of many people, BE CREATIVE when having a communication because there is POWER of WORDS. YOU ARE what YOU SAY.

This day is the final day of the communication module.

 

During that day, we had a presentation where we need to apply all those skills while presenting our group business proposal which entitled Artificial Petroleum. Our group chosed this product because as far as the world concern, we are now running out of the non-renewable resoursces which is petroleum.Therefore, due to that we have to help this world to keep the sustainability of that resources.

Our artificial petroleum was named AgPET-PM which is represented our product which produce from agriculture waste as the raw material. Moreover, we strongly support the GO Green Campaign which launched by the government because as we produce the artificial petroleum at the same time we clean up the environment from the waste.

That is the power of communication skills where I can say that  my group and I  managed to deliver our message regarding our product with beautiful presentation.AWESOME!!

MOCK Interview..

Have you ever went for any interview before this?Any kind of interview?What is so important about an interview?Is it necessary for a person that want to be hired must attending an interview?

YES..interview is very important to employee to know who the person that they want to hire, they have to see how qualified the person to work with them, they need the interview to see whether the person able to communicate or not, otherwise they will hire the wrong person, right? Therefore, interview is very important in job market nowadays.

Who benefited from an interview?Of course the company,right?They will get the right person for the particular position. However, what happen to the candidates? Were they suffered?

NO guys, actually an interview is a medium for us to sell ourselves, to reveal everything about the quality that we possessed which will be very useful to the company. If we are good enough and meet the criteria that the company need, an interview is nothing for us,rite?However, if we only have good qualification and match the criteria that the company wants, is it enough?You think you will be hired when you cannot even tell the company about yourself, say a word to project your idea?

Today's newspaper, A LOT OF UNIVERSITIES GRADUATES DO NOT MANAGED TO GET A SUITABLE JOB DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND POOR APPEARANCE.

No matter how high is your qualification, how good your gred was, if you even cannot communicate, people will see you as nothing. How to make you different from other graduates? Equipped yourself with many skills especially communication skills. Besides, you have to groom yourself, therefore people will have a good first impression on you.

This BeST programme is a good medium to prepared myself to be marketable and sale-able person after I finish this programme. I hope I will get a good job in a good company soon.

The art of leaderships is the communication..

Why is it very important about this subject matter??Everyday we need to communicate.Communicate with living and non-living things. Do we  need a class to educate us how to communicate? In fact, Obama, the US President also learn how to communicate effectively. Does it sound hard?you have to attend a class in order for you to communicate well?It is not necessary all of us to have a class taught on communication skills, however, if you want to have a good communication skills, you HAVE to do so.

In fact, some people are gifted to have this communication skills. They are able to talk in front of strangers, a group of human to deliver their ideas or messages. For example, our former Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir, the world is listen to him whenever he speak out his words. How to be like him?Nothing to do, just practice, practice and practice.

Even, Donald Trump, who is one of the business leader, he also able to communicate well in his field. He managed to convince people and other businessmen and end up with a good deal through good communication skills.

Therefore, it is a MUST for a leader to have a good communication skills because it is one of the medium  can be use to transfer the leader's idea successfully.

Business proposal...

Being a successful businesswoman is my future plan within 10 years from now. It is awesome rite,  if I can have my own company, sign my own pay cheque , drive a luxury car and so on. What such a wonderful dream..

In today's class...

We have to come up with our own business proposal to compete for RM30 million grant from The National Biotechnology Foundation. Is that hard to do?NO guys because I have combination of 8 great grey matter in my group. They are very excited to come out with our nobel product. We decided to produce ARTIFICIAL PETROLEUM from organic waste.

It is a terrific idea from us.Is that so?YES..we believe it will be the new discovery in Malaysia. From now on, we all have to work hard to make it real and win the RM30million grant. Go PECAH MENTAL!!!
