Musyawarrah @ Meeting....

Why Musyawarrah or meeting is important? Our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W also practised it during his time. Most of the decisions were make in the musyawarrah time. The concept of the meeting actually based on democration where it needs participation in the decision making process. Therefore, the decision made will bring satisfaction to all parties.

Be a good LEADER as well as a good FOLLOWER

Yes, sometimes in an organization, there must be the opponent who did not agree with a decision that have been made. The common scenario that happen in Malaysia is, we never support the implementation that we never agree at the first time when it is suggested to be implement. Ultimately, the organization will be the one who sufferred a lot because of these people. There is nothing to loose if we being a good follower because most of the time a good leader come from those who used to be a good follower. Am I right?

Rules in a meeting

Who is the person that talk most in a meeting? Chairman?NO guys..because why, a chairman is a person that role to conduct the meeting but not dominate the meeting. So, he/she should not talk much but manage the meeting wisely according to the order.

Surprisingly

Before this, I attended a lot of meeting and in that meeting, all the chairman talk too much rather than the attendees. Why Malaysian culture being like that? Are they not being educate with the Law of Meeting?or Malaysian loves to talk? In fact, we are allowed to talk in a meeting only once for each motion or agenda that have been discussed in the meeting and utilized the time wisely. That is how we can say that a meeting is effectively conducted.

Say the RIGHT thing in the RIGHT way

It is important for us to say the right thing in the right way because we are what we say. From the word itself that came out from us may affected how others judge us. Moreover, in a meeting, the thing that we pointed out must come with strong support and the way we tell about it must in the right way because at the end of the meeting we want all people participate in the decision making process.

BUT...avoid to say WRONG thing in the RIGHT way
